Program description

The DwellWorks Home SMS Program is an optional text messaging program for homeowners in the Home Services space. It offers a separate enrollment choice for remodeling ideas, home maintenance content, project resources, featured improvements, and requested account or project notifications. DwellWorks Home is not a contractor, installer, repair company, or home service provider and does not perform, dispatch, supervise, guarantee, or warrant home improvement work.

Message categories

• Account Notifications: Account notifications confirm enrollment, acknowledge submitted project requests, deliver requested reminders, and communicate project-status or messaging-preference updates. Frequency: varies based on account activity.
• Marketing: Marketing texts share renovation inspiration, remodeling content, home repair resources, maintenance tips, featured project categories, and newly published homeowner tools. Frequency: varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

Opt-in method

You opt in by checking one or both unchecked SMS consent boxes on our contact page and providing a valid mobile number. Each category requires its own consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website.

No further messages will be sent for that program unless you opt in again.
